Reimagine What’s Possible The Area 20, Hydrogen Production, purification and Compression Area Commissioning Manager will oversee and manage the process of making the plant and equipment fully operational, ensuring compliance with project, Licensor and KSA specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, validating designs, and troubleshooting system issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures to ensure successful project completion
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure commissioning activities are aligned with project schedules and budget
  3. Manage the Electrolyser and Balance of Plant commissioning teams, provide guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient execution of Commissioning and Start-up tasks
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during commissioning activities
  5. Identify and mitigate commissioning risks and issues to ensure project milestones are achieved
  6. Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test procedures, validation checklists, Performance Guarantee Testing and reports
  7. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on commissioning progress and address any concerns or issues
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve commissioning-related problems and challenges
  9. Reporting to the GHE CSU Manager and working closely with the other Area CSU Managers to ensure flawless execution during CSU phase of the Project
  10. Provide progress reports to supplement the CSU Progress reporting programme
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  2. Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead/Manager or similar role
  3. In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and equipment
  4. Ability to manage and lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  8. Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required
