Lead the planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality Assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Vendor Management
Leading Project Management Activities
Implement per-emptive maintenance plans
Implementation of operational plans
Issue escalation and resolution
Team management
Conflict resolution among team members and peers
Develop strategies to cut down on downtime and response time to customers.
Monitor and manage equipment usage (Inventory Management)
Carry out performance appraisals for all direct reports and recommend salary adjustments if necessary.
Implement new concepts and management tools from time to time
Build a common company culture in line with the organization vision.
Ensure safety is upheld at the workplace.
Job Specification
At least 3 years of full-time work experience in project management and operations management with Project Management certification.Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history) and willing to undergo vetting and/or personal assessments to verify if this is necessary.
Hands-on team leadership and management experience.
Typically a background in technical Engineering/operations management roles such as team management, with a clear and abiding interest in the company.
