Position: Construction Accounts Manager Company: Bahria Consulting A construction consulting company, Bahria Consulting is inviting you to join the company as a construction accounts manager. The applicant must have 2-3 years of experience in the accounts department, preferably in a construction company. The duties will include planning construction project budgets, performing cost analysis, and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts. The goal is to ensure that all estimated construction costs are tracked and managed. To ensure success as a construction account manager, you should display excellent business acumen and minimize production costs through planning and efficient accounting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management beforehand.
- Researching market trends and projecting construction-related price increases/decreases.
- Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of construction cost, accounting, and related financial procedures.
- 1-2/2-3 years of experience in a known company.
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks and Netsuite.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
