Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy and functionality of the Company's database.
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system.
- Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques to retain existing customers.
- Generate and execute Sales & Purchase agreements from all parties.
- Hand over SPAs to customers and the Document Control Department.
- Scan all SPAs to maintain records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and resolve customer support and technical problems.
- Assist in the collection of installment payments.
- Create memos for management approval on customer requests.
- Reconcile payments with the Finance Department.
- Address client queries.
- Graduation from an HEC recognized university.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications; inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
