Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the accuracy and functionality of the Company's database.
  2. Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system.
  3. Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques to retain existing customers.
  4. Generate and execute Sales & Purchase agreements from all parties.
  5. Hand over SPAs to customers and the Document Control Department.
  6. Scan all SPAs to maintain records.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and resolve customer support and technical problems.
  8. Assist in the collection of installment payments.
  9. Create memos for management approval on customer requests.
  10. Reconcile payments with the Finance Department.
  11. Address client queries.
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation from an HEC recognized university.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications; inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
