Overview: We are seeking applications for the position of "Assistant Manager Key Accounts" for the Marketing & Sales Department. - Growing business from existing BC customers by developing strong customer relationships.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking proactive measures to address their issues.
- Analyzing customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Focusing on generating new sales and providing support for CEO hunt drive.
- Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for key customers.
- Seeking feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality.
- Assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers.
- Key Account contact for any Global or Regional account assigned by the region.
- Supporting S&M head in sales campaigns and reporting to HOD on the outcome of daily sales activities.
- Leading sales lead generation and follow-up mechanism while coordinating with the global team.
- Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
- 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong command of MS Office.
