Finance Manager

The ideal candidate must be CA Finalist, ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directly work under the supervision of Country Head, CFO and report on different financial, accounting and audit works in a professional and ethical manner, considering ISA, IFRS and other statutory frameworks.
• Effectively deliver the entire financial system, corporate governance, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance of operations with internal policies and regulations while completing filings (Tax, SECP, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Monitor financial operations, prepare analyses and reports, and provide guidance to operating staff on issues to minimize risk and improve financial outcomes.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and corporate relationships.
• Review, update, and develop internal control systems; manage and oversee internal audits for compliance with policies and standards.
• Implement preventive and corrective measures for fraudulent activities (forensic accounting).
• Process payroll while ensuring confidentiality controls.
• Continuously improve existing processes with a deep focus on team development and process automation.
• Maintain financial records of Hundred Alpha.
• Maintain files and records of financial evidence, payments, receipts, and other documents.
• Prepare financial models and capital investment models for potential investments.
• Estimate funds required for short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Maintain reconciliation of transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers, along with other key accounts.
