- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and lead statuses in HubSpot CRM .
- Attend weekly pipeline review meetings.

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development.

- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
