Our mission is to simplify payment processes, empower growth, and foster seamless transactions for our clients. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach across the retail/ecommerce/grocery/fast food sectors in Europe. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our payment platform's capabilities. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and customer-focused professional with a passion for technology and sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Sales Strategy Execution
  • Understand client pain points and present the appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Relationship Building
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Negotiation & Closing
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently and professionally.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide client feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Qualifications: Essential
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment platforms and financial technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of global payment systems and compliance requirements.
