- Run our Sales Estimating and Project Scheduling team
- Network across our customer base to find sales opportunities
- Efficiently manage the team’s workflow from enquiry, through estimating, RFI, scheduling, close-out and handover to Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Ensure the timely flow of information between customers and the business to support on time in full delivery of projects
- Diagnose inefficiency, improve, and ensure adherence to proper processes
- Set priorities and deadlines and manage the allocation of resource across multiple projects
- Clear sighted and organised with an ability to lead by example, motivate and managing a team to achieve high performance
- Well developed project management skills
- A commitment to improving and policing proper process
