This fast-growing company in the private equity sector is looking to stabilize and improve client services after years of significant growth. They're building a strong data team to shape the future of infrastructure investment with data-driven insights for smarter investment decisions. THE ROLE As a lead data engineer, you'll play a key role in building their data platform from the ground up, with some tools already selected and others still to be decided by you! Your primary responsibilities will include gathering data from multiple sources and integrating it into their data warehouse, building efficient ETL pipelines in Python, and setting up a Snowflake data warehouse. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing orchestration pipelines using Apache Airflow to automate and streamline data flows. This data infrastructure will empower the client to make more informed investment decisions, such as understanding performance metrics for various assets. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful candidate is able to work in a small team or individually, is confident to lead and to understand the necessities of senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have great expertise working with the following tech stack:

• Python
• SQL
