Directorship? You’ve found it… The Role Ensuring the delivery of projects across PFP to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple projects across various stages, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
• Managing all contractual aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
• Collaborating with clients to maintain strong relationships and foster business growth.
• Providing accurate cost forecasts, budgeting, and resource management.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Recruiting, managing, and leading teams of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Coaching and motivating staff to improve performance through training and support.
• Driving construction progress while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
• Ensuring teams deliver scope securely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with technical, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Limited business development required, thanks to an established client base and repeat business.

• A proven track record in a similar role within the fire protection industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Passive Fire protection systems and the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• A self-motivated approach with excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently or within a team.
