- the relationships with Master Trust clients
- identifying DC clients' emerging needs and informing the DC Proposition Team
- helping clients deliver their member communication strategies.
- supporting the sales process of converting new business opportunities into new clients, including participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings.
- Good technical knowledge of DC and investment knowledge
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong project management skills hands-on experience of DC products and services.
