Venturi are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior or Principal Consultant to join our US desk based in our Manchester office. The US market is booming and with average fees of £32k and our lucrative uncapped commission scheme paying upto 50% of your billings, there is no better opportunity to make some amazing money. This would be working in the Software Engineering space, but don't worry if you haven't worked a tech desk before, we can train you to the highest level on this! What is important is that you are passionate about what you do, you enjoy the fast paced nature of recruitment and enjoy building relationships with new businesses! - Uncapped commission structure paying upto 50% , and no threshold!

- We already have a well established name in the US market, but we need your relationship skills to help build that out and win new business to grow our extensive client base
- Source, engage and recruit top tier talent into technical roles
- Build long lasting partnerships with client and candidates
- Conduct a thorough screening and interview process to assess candidates skills and attributes
- Provide a positive client and candidate experience throughout
- Undertaking the full 360 process, including finding and winning new business
- Manage the offer and interview stages with candidate and client
- Provide a consultative approach as an expert in your field
- Worked within a recruitment role
- Experienced in dealing with the full 360 recruitment life cycle
- You are highly motivated and driven
- You are a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in winning new business
