Retention Manager, London, Hybrid, Up to £50-55k The Company My client is a popular renowned news website that's known for its sensational headlines and celebrity gossip, current events, sports, and lifecycle topics! The Job As the Retention Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage strategy to achieve business goals
- Creating and optimising retention campaigns and customer journeys to reduce churn
- Manage retention, end-to-end CRM across set up, execution, reporting and optimisation
- Work with the key stakeholders to improve conversions and help increase readers lifetime value (retention)
- Drive initiatives forward with high levels of autonomy, be able to share results and recommendations effectively
- Continuously look for optimisations and new ideas to develop engagement marketing opportunities.
- 3 year's experience in a similar role managing CRM strategies
- You will have a strong understanding CRM retention marketing management
- Hands on experience with CRM platforms
- Experience in a subscription and/or app-based business.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytics and reporting skills are required (data-driven mindset)
