Responsibilities
- Advising potential customers with information on insurance products.
- Effective use of a dialler system to make outbound calls.
- Accepting inbound calls from lead generation team.
- Making outbound calls to quote requests on the dialler.
- To cross- & up-sell covers to existing members on renewal.
- Effective closing sales at the target conversion rate.
- Managing call backs to ensure customers are contacted at the requested time.
- Delivering excellent customer service in a professional manner.
- Working individually and as a team.
- Abiding to GDPR.
- Abiding to FCA regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
