The Role We’re seeking an energetic Sales Manager to grow our relationships with enterprise tech companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to secure high-value sponsorships and marketing services while managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive retention and growth. If you thrive on developing consultative solutions and are motivated by ambitious targets, this is the role for you. As a key part of our sales team, you’ll work closely with marketing, content, and product development to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. With a focus on enterprise tech companies targeting government decision-makers, you’ll play a central role in driving our business forward. What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development by engaging enterprise technology companies to sell sponsorship and marketing solutions.
- Cultivate and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts , with a focus on retention and increasing spend.
- Develop customised sponsorship packages and marketing solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of activity, including cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations.
- Provide market feedback to refine our sales strategy and optimise the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions.
- 3+ years of sales experience in sponsorships, marketing solutions, or high-value consultative sales, preferably working with enterprise tech clients.
- Proven ability to exceed targets and deliver tangible results for clients.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the creativity to design high-value solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the enterprise tech sector and public sector procurement processes is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial strategies.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent organisational skills.
- Competitive compensation package : £35k-£45k basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £90k+).
- Generous holiday allowance : 20 days, plus office shutdown over Christmas/New Year.
- Work flexibility : Three days a week in our Aldgate office (Tues/Wed/Thurs) and remote working (Mon/Fri).
