Agency Sales Account Director - Up tp £65K base + comms (dependent on experience) + benefits Our client is a high-growth social platform that has raised some impressive capital from Venture Capitalists due to the engaging nature of their proposition. They are on a mission for social good and are looking for a well-connected Grade A agency sales professional. The successful candidate will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Working with media agencies and clients in a consultative manner, identifying new sales opportunities, and winning new briefs
- The ability to influence agencies and clients with insight, data, and research to win new business
- Helping to develop the revenue model, commercial products, and/or services
- Experience in selling native ads, videos and sponsorship
- Excellent agency contact book particularly of decision-makers and holders of budgets at the Big 6 Hold Cos
- Good knowledge of the Digital advertising ecosystem
- A curious mindset, cerebral and consultative in your approach
- The ability to build fruitful long-term deep relationships with key decision makers at agencies and clients
- A track record of being able to build a high-worth portfolio from scratch
- A history of over-achieving and smashing sales targets
- Preferably +5 years experience in a sales environment
- History of selling six-figure deals is essential
- Agency planner/buyer/comms planning black book at the Big 6 and key indies such as the 7Stars and Total Media is a must
