Maintenance Supervisor

Sonatec are once again engaged as the search partner to a leading Chemical business! Our client seeks to recruit an Maintenance Supervisor for what is an outstanding opportunity, on a residential basis located near Grays, UK (location on request)! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the maintenance functions critical to business operations. You will take a key role in executing maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Required experience:

• Take a lead role in maintenance management of plant assets including machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance function, improving productivity, and enhancing product quality.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure work is performed according to specifications and timelines.
