Role Description This is a contract remote role based in Montreal, QC at Armonía. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven SaaS/Tech Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about technology, love connecting with people, and have a love for closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be working directly with our CEO, collaborating closely to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. Qualifications

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels (e.G., doorknocking, email, phone, social media, networking events)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align sales strategies with product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SAAS/tech.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
