Marketing communications manager Exclusive opportunity for a leading UK charity on a permanent basis. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of marketing, communications, PR and fundraising coordination activities. Ideally looking for candidates with experience working in large charities. 1 day a week in London office, 4 from home Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive mass fundraising and align with brand objectives
- Partner with fundraising teams to create campaigns that attract and engage new and existing supporters
- Integrate fundraising activities into broader brand moments for maximum impact
- Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable results
- Lead the development of creative, multi-channel marketing plans, leveraging PR, media, and digital content
- Support strategic marketing planning to align resources and maximize opportunities
- Proven experience in fast-paced communications or marketing roles with flexible, agile approaches.
- Strong understanding of fundraising or mass audience engagement strategies
- Excellent communicator, skilled in simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences and building trust with stakeholders, including media contacts
- Effective at engaging and connecting with diverse communities
- Collaborative leader, adept at coaching, motivating, and working across teams
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects with strategic planning and prioritisation
- Knowledgeable in marketing tools (e.g., OASIS), PR, social media, and integrated campaign strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results
