About the Role As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) at NScale, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, acting as a bridge between our AI-driven hyperscale solutions and a dynamic network of world-class technology partners. You’ll also play a critical role in enabling our partner sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed. In addition to fostering relationships, you’ll actively monitor the performance of partnership-driven opportunities, using data to refine strategies and ensure alignment with quarterly sales targets and broader business objectives. - Opportunity Creation :
- Identify, develop, and prioritise high impact partnership opportunities that align with Nscale’s go to market strategy and AI infrastructure capabilities.
- Design joint value propositions and initiatives with partners such as AMD and Nvidia, targeting specific market needs or customer challenges.
- Ecosystem Alignment :
- Work closely with technology partners to align product roadmaps, marketing efforts, and sales strategies to support mutual growth.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to integrate and promote AI-focused solutions within the Nscale platform.
- Enablement and Pipeline Development :
- Ensure partners are fully equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to collaborate on business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership-driven opportunities for the partner sales team to pursue.
- Performance Monitoring :
- Measure and track the success of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience : 5+ years in relationship management and sales within cloud services, high-performance computing, or AI with a proven track record of achieving revenue and partnership goals.
- Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the cloud services and AI ecosystem, including emerging trends and competitor landscape.
- Strategic Relationship Management : Build and expand long-term partnerships with key technology providers to achieve shared objectives.
- Opportunity Creation : Identify and develop sales opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of opportunities.
- Results-Driven : Consistently meets or exceeds KPIs, including revenue targets and partnership quality metrics.
- Analytical Mindset : Adept at using data for decision-making, including proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Organised and Proactive : Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
