Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an independent, well established SaaS consultancy firm that provide world class NetSuite solutions to a broad customer base across multiple leading industry sectors. Due to continued organic growth, our client is seeking the addition of a Junior Project Coordinator who holds experience working with NetSuite. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting clients face to face on a regular basis to understand their overall business objectives. Therefore, a full UK driving license and own transport is required. In return, our client is offering a competitive starting salary of up to £38,000, depending on experience. Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet with clients both remotely and face to face to understand their business objectives and what are their ideal system solution requirements
- Collaborate with the wider team to translate business requirements and present researched solutions and sufficient pre-planning on how to tackle the project to ensure an efficient and quality delivery of NetSuite solution
- Create tangible project plans based on business requirements of individual clients
- Learn how to create and lead technical process flows and how to devise diagram functions
- Ensure tasks are strategically prioritised throughout the client project cycle to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained
- Liaise with the Pre-Sales team to prepare quotes and outline budget requirements
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure the integrity of the client’s data is kept intact and that other policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Assist wider management personnel to identify risks and develop viable solutions to mitigate risk
- Previous experience working with NetSuite essential
- Experience working with Celigo applications desirable but not essential
- Experience in workflow documentation, data analysis and reporting
- Experience in a previous client facing role highly desirable
- Ability to self-motivate and prioritise tasks crucial
- Prince 2 Foundation/Practitioner trained preferred but not essential
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and build/maintain professional client relationships
- Full UK driving license essential
