A Business Development Manager required to join a leader in the fit out and office space arena. You will have at least 3-5 years experience aiding in the winning of work for both land lord and occupier with the focus being within the London region. You will be required to network, attend awards and industry related events and conferences whilst building up pipeline for the business. An existing contact list would be highly advantageous. A tenacious and driven individual is what they are looking for and someone that will want to grow with this forward thinking contractor. There is lot of organic growth across the business and this can lead into a far more strategic role for the right person.
