Position : EC&I Design Engineer Location : Warrington Type : Permanent About the Role : We are recruiting on behalf of an outstanding nuclear client who provides comprehensive services from design through to manufacture. We are seeking a skilled design EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious 10-year project, focusing on a Plant Lifetime Extension Upgrade. The successful candidate will have 2-6 years experiance as a design EC&I Engineer and proven nuclear experience, also the ability to read termination diagrams and follow instructions meticulously. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement EC&I systems for the project.
  • Read and interpret termination diagrams and other technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience in the nuclear sector.
  • Between 2-6 years EC&I Engineering experiance
  • Strong knowledge of EC&I engineering principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret termination diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be eligible to obtain security clearance
