Axon Moore are currently partnered with a leading Professional Services business, who are undergoing significant growth and transformation, in sourcing a high calibre Senior Commercial Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever changing, dynamic business as they embark on a number of projects in order to strength the business offering. This is a highly commercial role that will suit an experienced individual with a proven track record of supporting commercial change and challenging key stakeholders whilst adding value. Role: Senior Commercial Finance Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 The Role
- Leading an established commercial function during a period of change and transition
- Provision of monthly board packs including running commentary and high level analysis
- Significant business partnering with all areas of the business to maximise business offering
- Providing commercial analysis to support senior decision making
- Partnering with the CFO and CEO to deliver on company wide strategy
- Driving analysis on pricing and sales to positively impact EBITDA growth
- Leading a number of projects around systems, profitability and data
- Provision of key information on the business climate including competitors and market analysis
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experienced commercial accountant with exposure to adding commercial value
- Strong business partner with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience of operating in a high growth environment
- Professional Services experience is highly desirable but not essential
