Business Development Executive

This position is based out of our branch office in Mississauga, Ontario and requires high impact communication, consistent Cold Calling and may require onsite client visits to various medium & large corporation, schools districts, hospitals, financial institutions & other large industries to establish long term relationship for providing ITAD & electronic recycling services. Duties & Responsibilities (But not limited to below)
- Targeted prospecting of Corporations, School Districts, Hospitals, Government Departments, Financial institutions and other entities via cold calling and emailing.
- Responsibly managing assigned projects.
- Researching and becoming fluent in all facets of Computer IT Asset Management & Recycling.
- Responsive towards duties given by Executive Director & Senior operation Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and client needs and tailor outreach strategies. .
- Desire to make 200+ Calls daily to achieve Sales goals.
- Onsite Visits to Clients when required .
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales & business development within the North America market.
- Must be excellent communicator over the phone.
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system
- Excels at building relationships with clients especially via the phone.
- Experience in business-to-business product and service sales.
- Must have a valid US visa to travel 4-5 times per year to Georgia, US for trade shows and conferences.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of using CRM. ( Sales force, Zoho etc.)
