What you’ll be doing: In this pivotal role, you will:
- In charge of this underdeveloped area of our business.
- Create and implement strategy for our agent related business.
- Dealing with inbound B2B enquiries via and converting them into paying clients.
- Map out and closing new agents and partnership opportunities for the company.
- Tailoring pitches to address the needs of corporate and agent partners.
- Hosting webinars for agents
- Prospecting for new agents to expand the client base.
- Doing consultations with students that come through these agents.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective students.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, including negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
- Following up with leads to ensure you consistently meet your sales quota.
- Attending weekly sales coaching sessions and receiving formal training.
- Collaborating with the Programme Managers to ensure all business clients receive exceptional service.
- A degree from a UK university in any discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales or partnership development role, ideally in a B2B or education sector.
- Good verbal dexterity and an excellent phone manner
- Proven experience in a sales environment.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
