Opportunity to join a global Top 10 Tier 1 Solar company. This is a remote working role, you will be responsible for provide training to clients and cover Northern Europe Countries. Business trips will be necessary for this role. Roles and responsibility Customer and market activities
- Product Management function combines technical aspects and customer/market value communication.
- Supporting the sales process from the preparation of tenders to order completion.
- Maintaining existing customers and developing new customers in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Generation of periodic market analyses on products(customer potential and competition) in consultation with the relevant product manager.
- Defining the product positioning by means of Business Canvas and documenting the market launch strategy by means of Business Case and Launch Package.
- Implementing the market launch strategy in close cooperation with product management/marketing in EU (operational reporting) plus product management/marketing in HQ and local sales team.
- Ensuring constant communication with the sales partners and current implementation of the product positioning with the goal of optimizing the market performance and customer loyalty.
- Transformation of technical characteristics into customer features and benefits.
- Detection of demand trends, market and competition intelligence and analysis.
- Observation and reporting of BOS developments and trends with potential impact on new product designs.
- Creation and management of product documentation, product trainings, and promotion material together with marketing and sales teams.
- Assembly of product information packages and launch kits.
- Sales and customer trainings on new DMEGC Solar products.
- Provide local after-sales technical support including quality and service discussions additional to the technical customer department if needed to provide professional solutions to the customers.
