The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing process improvements, and managing a team to deliver exceptional training programs. Qualifications
- Knowledge of operations management and quality assurance
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management
- Previous experience in the education or training industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Early Years assessing and IQA qualified
- Ability to lead a strong team with clear direction
