Senior Sales development representative Remote / hybrid (Central Bristol) Please only apply to this role if you have a minimum of 18 months sales experience in fast paced, self-starter environment. There is a central Bristol office you’ll need to visit occasionally but the business is remote first. About the client Our client’s AI platform builds immersive (XR/VR) environments for training and education. Their customers range from large, global tech firms to the NHS. The platform allows users to build learning environments that simulate the real world so staff are operationally ready to perform at their best. The business is a leader in the field with clients in the UK, US and beyond. It has just experienced another year of 100% growth. The role We’re looking for someone with real passion that can take clients on a journey to learn how AI and XR can revolutionise training. We’ll expect you to: > Research and map prospects > Spark new and meaningful conversations with enterprise clients > Collaborate closely with your sales director to bring prospects through the pipeline > Be highly skilled at Cold calling, email prospecting, social selling etc > Nurture clients as they learn more about the capability of the platform Youll need to be gritty and resilient with a love of selling. We’ll expect you to know how to test and learn from your outreach, and be adept with various sales tools for prospecting, reporting and more. You’ll have a strong mentor and manager that’s been successfully selling the platform; yet we do expect candidates to be comfortable in a start-up environment where you take the initiative.
