You are also a key contributor to Alyve’s growth, engaging in pre-sales activities, supporting team development, and preparing to progress toward a Principal Consultant role . Your ability to mentor junior consultants, drive value for clients, and align projects with Alyve’s Human-Kind ethos will be critical to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery and Advisory Deliver high-quality consulting services aligned with client needs and engagement scopes. Lead medium-sized engagements or specific workstreams within larger projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes. Conduct detailed evaluations of client requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver insight-driven digital strategies that align with client objectives. Business Development and Pre-Sales Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, quoting, and proposal development. Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, and events, showcasing Alyve’s expertise. Team Leadership and Growth Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and success. Share knowledge and best practices across the team to promote collaboration and continuous improvement. Take ownership of your professional growth, leveraging Alyve’s career development framework to build expertise and progress toward a Principal Consultant role. Innovation and Contribution Actively participate in the enhancement of Alyve’s methodologies and consulting frameworks. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, integrating these insights into your work. Build lasting client relationships that position Alyve as a trusted partner for future engagements. Role Requirements Experience and Expertise At least 5+ years of consulting experience, with exposure to IT advisory, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business solutions. Proven ability to deliver projects independently or lead small teams within larger engagements. Skills and Attributes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on designing innovative, client-centric solutions. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and confidence. A passion for technology-driven change and a commitment to delivering Human-Kind outcomes.
