Our in-market digital platform supports high-quality installers in navigating regulatory processes whilst improving the homeowner experience with high-quality data and information on their installation. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join as the Founding Account Executive. This unique opportunity is perfect for a driven, experienced sales professional who is ready to make a significant impact and contribution to the growth of our business. As the first dedicated sales hire, you will lay the foundation for our sales efforts, evolve into an Account Executive, and help shape our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies while building a high-performing sales team. What You’ll Do As the Founding Account Executive, you will: Drive Sales Development:

  • Build a robust pipeline of sales targets and qualified opportunities by conducting thorough research and market profiling.
  • Develop a robust knowledge of Renbee solutions, enabling you to effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to field objections and customer questions as well as capturing feedback for product development
  • Research and engage with prospects through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, external events) to qualify leads and schedule meetings where you can then highlight how Renbee can solve their pain points.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sign up businesses onto Renbee and help with initial onboarding to increase engagement 
Shape the Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to refine and execute the sales strategy.
  • Develop sales playbooks, processes, and materials to establish a scalable sales framework.
Be a Subject Matter Expert:
  • Build a deep understanding of Renbee’s platform and the needs of installers of low-carbon technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
Foster Growth & Partnerships:
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
About You We are seeking a motivated individual who embodies the following: Experience & Skills
  • 6-18+ months of experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or in a similar B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Proven success in building and managing pipelines, conducting outreach, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g.,HubSpot) and lead qualification tools (e.g., Apollo) as well as sales prospecting techniques (e.g., cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels particularly SMBs/SMEs
  • Experience in or passion for the renewable energy or low-carbon technology sector.
