As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you’ll focus on driving new business, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify and engage with schools and educational institutions to promote our recruitment services.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Generate Leads: Use your creativity and resourcefulness to source new business opportunities.
- Candidate Matching: Get to know your clients and their requirements, learning about the needs of the specialist sector.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achievable sales goals, earning uncapped commission and bonuses for your success.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client and candidate interactions.
- Travel Locally: Attend client meetings and events, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Sales Experience: A background in sales or business development is essential.
- Strong Communicator: Confident in presenting, negotiating, and building rapport with clients.
- Ambitious and Driven: Self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets and grow professionally.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to take initiative and think outside the box to achieve results.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
