- Promoting the company’s products/services and working with our clients to deliver seamless solutions
- Strategizing and executing plans that align with our growth objectives
- Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keeping your finger on the industry pulse, staying informed about market trends and competitors
- Delivering commercial, hand-crafted, and compelling proposal solutions with our Bid Team Manager
- Representing EES Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities
- Tracking performance metrics and pivoting strategies as needed
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Managing the day-to-day sales pipeline activities, including updating sales, revenue, and invoice data
- Providing trustworthy customer feedback at all stages of the sales process
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

- Achieve on-target earnings of 150k.
