What’s in Store We're on the lookout for a Financial Systems Administrator (FSA). As an FSA you will be working with a fantastic team supporting our Finance Department as well as working on other transformational project objectives. The Financial Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of our financial systems and will assist the wider team with ongoing updates and enhancements to these systems. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be working within our IT team to support our Finance Department with your technology skills in the following areas: Certify/Ramp - Supporting system conversion and implementation from Certify to Ramp - Manage and maintain users - Support employees submitting expense reports - Manage expense types - Support finance with reports and assurance of processes Sage - Manage and maintain users - Support finance with requests for dimensions and reports - Manage and change dimensions as needed - Understand the system from and IT and Finance standpoint to support our user team Coupa - Support implementation - Act as liaison between finance and Coupa team internally Blackline/Kyriba/High Radius - Manage and maintain users - Support finance with requests for dimensions and reports - Manage banks and add when needed - Understand the system from and IT and Finance standpoint to support our user team Other - Work with manager on projects as determined - This role is a full-time, remote position travel may be required. Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-5+ years of experience as a technology administrator supporting finance.
