Due to growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer (at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel level) with experience in the health, aged care, home-based care, disability, and community sectors. A flavour of the work will include: mergers and acquisitions within the health and aged care sectors corporate advisory and commercial work advising on regulatory requirements advising on privacy and data breaches corporate governance advising clients on risk management About You The ideal candidate will: be at the Associate, Senior Lawyer, or Special Counsel level ideally have experience working with clients in the health sector have first-class advisory skills and a commercial approach to their work have the ability to foster strong relationships with clients have strong communication and interpersonal skills have the ability to be creative and think outside the box enjoy mentoring more junior members of the team Our client has a superb working culture that is progressive, forward-thinking, and collaborative.
