- Become the go-to person for all things HR! Whether it’s assisting with policies or answering tricky questions, you’re the friendly face with the answers.
- Team up with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and post them on our job boards.
- Be responsible for the onboarding of new hires. From their first day to their first wins, ensure they feel welcomed and integrated.
- Stay on top of employment laws and HR trends, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve.
- Help employees design their future by supporting growth plans, development programs, and opportunities that unlock their full potential.
- Manage perks and benefits, from enrollment to updates, you’ll keep the team informed, supported, and ready to enjoy the perks.
- Keep payroll running smoothly by ensuring accurate records and adjustments.
- Assist in the implementation of a new HRIS and maintain employee records up to date.
- Dive into special HR projects, from planning culture-boosting initiatives to organizational transformation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CRHA is considered an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in a HR generalist role or similar.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.

- Vous êtes responsable de l'intégration des nouveaux employés. De leur premier jour à leurs premières victoires, assurez-vous qu'ils se sentent bien accueillis et intégrés.
- Rester à jour en ce qui concerne les lois sur l'emploi et des tendances en matière de ressources humaines, afin d'assurer que l'organisation reste à l'avant-garde.
- Aider les employés à développer leur avenir en soutenant les plans de croissance, les programmes de développement et les opportunités qui libèrent tout leur potentiel.
- Gérer les avantages sociaux, de l'inscription à la mise à jour, pour que l'équipe soit informée, soutenue et prête à profiter des avantages.
- Assurer le bon déroulement de la paie en veillant à l'exactitude des enregistrements et des ajustements.
- Participez à la mise en Å“uvre d'un nouveau SIRH et maintenez les dossiers des employés à jour.
- Participez à des projets RH spéciaux, qu'il s'agisse de planifier des initiatives de promotion de la culture ou des efforts de transformation de l'organisation.
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Désignation CRHA est considérée comme un atout.
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de généraliste en RH ou similaire.
- Compréhension approfondie du droit du travail et des meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
- Capacité à traiter des informations sensibles avec discrétion et professionnalisme.
- Proactif et capable de s'adapter à des priorités changeantes.
