Fort Sands Construction is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our growing Calgary team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our President and make a significant impact on our projects and client relationships. As a Senior Account Manager, you will collaborate with your designated clients to build the scope of work for their projects, price the projects, and present proposals. Your 7+ years of experience in general contracting sales, with expertise in building envelopes, windows, sloped roofs, and concrete, will be essential in delivering successful outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent computer skills and proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales lead software such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot. Your existing client relationships will be crucial in achieving your sales targets, and you will also manage and support a list of additional clients assigned to you. We expect client growth through company-organized prospecting and marketing initiatives, and having additional contacts in building science engineering or property management will be a significant advantage. At Fort Sands Construction, we believe in rewarding success. If you achieve your annual sales targets, you can earn more than double your base salary.
