Position Overview We are looking for a Director of Executive Search and Recruitment to lead and scale our executive search and recruiting division. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth, developing strategy, and managing all aspects of executive search and recruitment operations. This is a high-impact, leadership position for someone ready to take the division to new heights. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for scaling the executive search and recruiting division, aligning with Talent Harbour's overall business goals.
- Business Development: Build strong client relationships, drive new business, and expand the division's market reach.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing recruitment team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact for major accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful placements.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily division operations, optimize processes, leverage technology, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key metrics, reviewing progress regularly and making data-driven decisions to achieve growth targets.

- 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition with demonstrated success in business development and client management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, driving growth, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM, ATS platforms, and other relevant tools to manage operations and pipelines effectively.
