Cleared Construction ManagerThis position is contingent upon contract awardThe Contractor shall provide a full-time Project/Construction Manager that shall meet the following expectations:A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of seven (7) years' experience with construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexityMinimum of five (5) years' experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and subcontractorsDemonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio, and balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedulesDemonstrated experience working in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operationDemonstrated experience in timely proposal preparation and cost estimationExperience working in remote locations is desiredIf this individual is a U.
