As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engagement Scoping and Proposals: Lead scoping discussions with clients and develop proposals for recurring work, including testing facilitation and certification requests.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular touchpoints with key clients to discuss questions, address concerns, and align on upcoming projects.
- Issue Resolution: Oversee and resolve escalated client issues, maintain client issue logs, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Advocacy and Escalation Management: Serve as the primary communication point for client escalations and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Education & Experience:
- Post-secondary education required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management within non-retail settings.
- Background in Banking or IT industries is a plus.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including presentation development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.

- 6-month position with potential to become permanent
- $38.00 - $40.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
