As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engagement Scoping and Proposals: Lead scoping discussions with clients and develop proposals for recurring work, including testing facilitation and certification requests.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular touchpoints with key clients to discuss questions, address concerns, and align on upcoming projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Oversee and resolve escalated client issues, maintain client issue logs, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Advocacy and Escalation Management: Serve as the primary communication point for client escalations and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management within non-retail settings.
  • Background in Banking or IT industries is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
  • Motivated, independent, and capable of prioritizing goals effectively.
