What will you be responsible for as a Relationship Manager at Leumi UK?
- Account Management – to assist Relationship Directors with new and existing customers, providing a consistently high level of service, day-to-day management and monitoring of accounts, completion of credit applications, creation of reports and drawdown of facilities
- Industry Awareness – develop a good working knowledge and understanding of the Property market in the UK, including what other real estate lenders are doing.
- Workflow management – to manage and prioritise work commitments to meet team objectives.
- Brand Awareness – using new and existing networks to actively promote the Leumi UK Property Finance brand through a variety of channels including attending in person industry related events.
- Risk Management – demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of Leumi UK’s credit policy with an ability to identify and manage risks appropriately for both new and existing loans in accordance with AML, operational, conduct, data protection, IT and other related policies.
- Communication and Presentation – to be able to interact with customers, colleagues and professionals using a multitude of communication and presentation methods.
