Job Description Job Title : Business Development & Customer Service Executive This role is F/T and HO Based in Droitwich Reporting To : Business Development & Customer Service Lead Salary : Upto £29k Basic depending on experience + Commission The Role The Business Development & Customer Service Executive is responsible for driving sales growth across multiple channels, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is central to expanding our presence within the professional beauty market, including multi-salon accounts, spa businesses, and international opportunities. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, highly energetic, and resilient, with proven experience in outbound sales and customer engagement. This role requires initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners and individual customers. Key Responsibilities New Sales Development
- Proactively engage with new prospects, including multi-salon and spa accounts, to introduce Sienna X products and services.
- Actively chase overseas sales opportunities by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on leads generated through Facebook adverts and other marketing campaigns to convert them into sales.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients.
- Build and maintain regular contact with existing accounts across partners, wholesale, professional and overseas accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide support and identify additional opportunities to the business, so these accounts can maximise their sales potential and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed.
- Work closely with key accounts to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service is delivered at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, in one call.
- Provide expert advice on Sienna X products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales and service goals.
- Regularly update the Business Development & Customer Service Lead on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer service processes by suggesting innovative ideas and being collaborative.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, the beauty or professional services industry, would be an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively and build long-term partnerships
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working already to Sales and Lead KPIs
- Loves selling and speaking more on the telephone as well as following up digitally.
