- Craft Compelling User Journeys: Develop and translate engaging content that guides users through seamless online experiences, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive Conversion Optimisation: Create persuasive copy for new products and optimise existing services, directly contributing to measurable increases in conversion rates and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and tone, maintaining consistency across various platforms and touch points.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese: Native or near-native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, with exceptional writing and translation skills.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a copywriting role focused on product development or service optimisation, with a track record of driving significant improvements in conversion rates and NPS.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse user behavior and feedback to inform and refine copy strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing and proofreading, ensuring high-quality, error-free content.
