Summary of the Role We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist who can help lead and develop our analytics and enrichment capabilities across Precise TV to drive data-led decision making and build industry leading data products. The successful applicant would be joining a passionate data team who care about making a difference and work together to achieve their goals. They will be part of a data science and engineering team that uses industry leading technology to transform the business and make a difference. The role is a hybrid role, based in our London office 3 days a week (Fitzrovia area) with 2 days working remotely from home. The standard hours are 9-17:30, for a total of 37.5 hours per week, but flexible working is accepted. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead our Data Science team (2 data scientists and 1 business & data analyst)
• Build new solutions from prototypes to production feature to solve business problems using machine learning and statistical analysis
• Maintain and build upon our existing ML models and solutions
• Influence the direction of the company’s product & data strategy
• Synthesise analytics and statistical approaches into easy-to-consume storylines, both visually and verbally, and clearly communicate with both non-data science audiences (such as creatives) and data scientists
• Work closely with the wider data science and engineering team as well as supporting and presenting to multiple stakeholders
