With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra, we specialise in strata management, commercial and residential sales and leasing, property management, as well as facilities and building management. About the Role As the General Manager - Licensee in Charge, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Sydney branch. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional service, implement growth strategies, and drive client retention while upholding compliance as required by New South Wales legislation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CEO to provide business planning and strategic insights This is a hands-on role and includes managing a portfolio Deliver exceptional client service through strategic marketing initiatives, including alliances, joint ventures, and distribution channels. Oversee the financial management of the branch, including forecasting, budgeting, P&L, and financial transactions. Foster teamwork, transparency, and accountability within the team. Facilitate collaboration between service line leaders to ensure seamless service delivery across all management aspects. About You We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Your ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams will ensure the delivery of exceptional strata services. You should have: Strong leadership in company culture, team engagement, and growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate goals and inspire action. Proven experience in management and strategic delivery of objectives related to strata services. A high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, and analytical skills. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships that enhance the business's reputation. Qualifications and Experience NSW Class 1 Strata Licence Proven experience managing a high-performing team in the strata industry. In-depth understanding of New South Wales strata-specific legislation and other relevant industry legislation. Why Join Civium?
