Senior Expansion Manager – Trailblazer in Global Market Expansion Location: Remote (UK) ‍ Contract: (40 hours a week)  OTE Up to £140K - Base of £70K per annum (or equivalent) plus BONUS Experience Level: Senior (5yrs+ of commercial market expansion - direct to consumer- or NPD) About Us: GenderGP is a leading provider of gender-affirming healthcare information and education, dedicated to supporting transgender and non-binary individuals worldwide. You will need to have real experience of growing direct-to-consumer online brands . What You'll Do:

• Lead Global Market Entry: Strategise and execute the launch of products in new international territories, from initial commercial planning to full operational delivery.

• Drive Product Development: Collaborate with senior leadership on projects spanning informatics, tech, social media, AI, and more, ensuring successful product localisation and market fit.

• Own P&L Responsibilities: Manage profit and loss for new ventures, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

• Innovate Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans that resonate with diverse, global audiences.

• Startup Experience: 5+ years in online startups that have successfully scaled, with hands-on experience in launching products in new international markets.

• Comprehensive Skill Set: Proven track record in commercial planning, P&L management, marketing, product development, localisation, and operational delivery.

• Autonomous Leadership: Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage a demanding workload.
