Interested? This is a great opportunity to work for a young and dynamic company! We are currently looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. What you can expect in this role: Reporting to the Team Lead, Cybersecurity and Compliance, the IT Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, design and monitoring of all the aspects of our IT Compliance program (ITGC), as well as assisting in the completion of project and risk assessments. More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing management of the ITGC program, including conducting risk assessments, designing internal controls, and performing control testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and process owners to implement and maintain internal controls ensuring that significant risks related to business processes are identified and monitored.
  • Support the implementation of the ITGC certification process, coordinate remediation plans, and work with external auditors to ensure ongoing ITGC compliance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, identifying potential gaps and proactively recommending remedial measures to strengthen security and compliance.
  • Assist with project and risk assessments, ensuring compliance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate the preparation and timely completion of quarterly reports and reviews, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Here's the profile we're looking for:
  • Has internal audit certifications i.e. CIA, CISA, CISM, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience involving the audit and/or internal controls for public companies; Big Four experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of ITGC, including SOX.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite user (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong Atlassian suite user an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French).

  • Flexible and adaptable; experience working in a dynamic environment would be an asset.

  • Travel required: No.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 h/weekly.
  • Hybrid/remote possible. Work location: Brossard (Head office), currently 80% remote with a hybrid and flexible approach.
