Responsibilities:
- Manage overall shopping mall function including areas of property management, mall facilities and services, tenant management, and leasing support.
- Manage mall team to oversee daily operations, all contract staff works including maintenance, security, cleaning, mall administration, and customer service.
- Manage monthly rental collections, including reconciliation of rental statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Make weekly and monthly reports in presentable form; should have excellent reporting skills.
- Prepare and manage monthly expenditures for the mall as per approved budget.
- Ensure mall operating policies and procedures are duly followed by the tenants, service providers, contractors, etc., including Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Manage tenant relations through periodic meetings with store managers; receive complaints, suggestions, and other improvement ideas to be updated with senior management for approval and plan for subsequent implementation.
- Handle conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, and mall visitors in a smooth manner, avoiding disruption to mall activity and upholding company reputation.
- Ensure professional development for mall team delivering high performance.
- Ensure overall safety and pleasant shopping environment for customers and thriving business ambiance for retail tenants.
- Must be a Graduate (preference in the field of Accounting & Finance).
- A strong command of MS Excel.
- Fluency in written English (and good spoken English).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Presentable and groomed for client interaction.
- Minimum 2 years of Mall Management experience.
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Experience of maintaining Accounts in Excel?
- Mall Management: 2 years (Required)
