Key Responsibilities: -
- Customer Service and Engagement
- This role requires active engagement with customers in order to promote the Company's products to the customers.
- It is also required to attend to the customer's enquiries efficiently.
- The Beauty Advisor is tasked to promote the Company's products with efficient comunication to ensure that the customers are well informed of the relevant products.
- Having a sound and adequate understanding of the Company products are vital.
-When promoting the Company's products, having a clear understanding of the products to demonstrate and educate the customers of the same is vital.
4. Product Display and Stock Management
-Ensuring that the stock of the products are displayed appropriately and that the same are sufficient.
5. Customer Feedback and Market Insights
-Collating customer feedbacks and the relevant market insights in order to provide adequate response and data for further improvement.
6. Compliance and Safety
-Ensuring that all manner of sales of the products are in compliance with the relevant regulatory provisions to be savely purchased and used by the customers.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualification and Skills: -
- Having previous experiences in retail, beauty consultancy is a plus point.
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
- Adequate communciation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
- A team player.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and wellness.
- Proactive in seeking customers and assisting them in-store.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Decent time management skills.
- Diligent and Responsible.
- Integrity when handling customers and Company products.
